<p>My user complain that he faced display problem on his notebook. (The screen is blank.)<br />
He requested to reformat it.</p>
<p>After reformatting the notebook the screen is still blank.</p>
<p>Then, I reported to Dell then the problem was solved by following their instructions.</p>
<p>Here I shared my experience with you all but I am not sure whether this solution work to you or not.</p>
<p>This was caused by the sequence of drivers installation.</p>
<p><strong>IMPORTANT:</strong> To avoid this happen, you must install the driver by follow below sequence.</p>
<blockquote><p>
1. Install <font color="#ff0000">&#8220;Notebook System Software&#8221;</font> (Under System Utilities).</p>

I am using Dell PowerEdge 1400SC. (It&#8217;s work for PowerEdge 1500SC as well.)<br />
When I boot the server after pluging in another two 256MB Memory into the mother board.<br />
This message was display.</p>

Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility.</p></blockquote>
<p>After couple minutes searching on Google, I found the answer already.</p>
<p>This is due to &#8220;OS Install mode&#8221; is enabled.</p>
<p>The solution is</p>
<blockquote><p>Press F2 enter to BIOS setting<br />
<span style="color: #ff0000;">Turn off &#8220;OS Install mode&#8221;</span><br />
Save Changes and Exit</p></blockquote>
